No. 173, 76th Cong.), which amends the Taylor Grazing Act by adding section 18, a new section which concerns Ad visory Boards, it is necessary to con duct new elections within the various grazing districts. Elections will be governed by the provisions of the Federal Range Code, revised to August 31, 1938, with section 12, paragraphs a, c, d, and g of the Fed eral Range Code being amended, Sep tember 18, 1939, by the Secretary of the Interior to conform properly with the intent and purpose of the new sec tion (18) of the Taylor Grazing Act.
