NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
sealed bids will be received until
the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. on the
22nd day of July, 1939, and imme
diately thereafter publicly opened
by the Council of the City of Hepp
ner, Oregon, at the Council Cham
bers in said City for Heppner Swim
ming Pool Bonds in the sum of Three
Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00); said
bonds bearing date of July 1, 1939,
to mature July 1, 1945 bearing in
terest at the rate of not to exceed
four per cent (4) per annum, pay
able semiannually; both principal
and interest payable at the office
of the Treasurer of the City ' of
Heppner, Oregon.
All bids must be unconditional and
be accompanied by a certified check
for One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
