mons in the Heppner Gazette Times,
a newspaper printed and published
in Heppner, Morrow County, Ore
gon, for a period of not less than
four weeks and that the same be
published not less than once a week

shall place a cross (x) between the
word "Bonds" and the word "Yes,"

The polls for the reception of the
ballots cast for or against the mea
sure will, on said day and date and
at the place aforesaid, be opened at
the hour of 8:00 o'clock A. M. and
remain open until the hour of 5:00
o'clock P. M. of the same day, when
the same shall be closed.
