A very large crowd attended the
dance last Saturday night, everyone
reporting a fine time.
Mrs. Hilma Anderson who has
Tieen quite ill at her ranch home is
reported to be improving.
On Thursday, April 22, there will
lie a meeting of the H. E. C. at the
hall. All members are urged to be
there. This is an all day meeting
with potluck dinner.
Mr. and Mrs. Guy Huston returned
Sunday from San Francisco where
Mrs. Huston had been called by the
serious illness of a sister.
Walter Evans was a Heppner vis
itor Saturday getting some dental
work done.
' Miss Gladys Brashers, teacher at
Liberty school, spent the week end
in Portland.
Paul McCarty of Heppner was a
visitor Sunday at the Chas. Becket
home.

or such other sum as the Court may
adjudge reasonable as attorney's fees
herein, together with plaintiff's costs
and disbursements; that the mortgage
described in plaintiffs complaint be
foreclosed and the mortgaged premises
be sold in one parcel in the manner
prescribed by the Laws of the State of
Oregon and the practice of this Court;
that the proceeds thereof be applied
towards the payment of plaintiff's de
cree, costs and accruing costs; that at
said sale plaintiff be permitted to be
come a purchaser; that the defendants
above named, and each and all of them,
be foreclosed and barred of all right,
title, claim or interest in the premises
