John Bergstrom was a visitor in
the city Tuesday from Eight Mile.
He looked askance at chances for
the wheat he has already seeded,
believing the cold, dry weather of
the last few weeks to be doing it no
good.
Harlan McCurdy was one pf the
successful elk hunters whom we
overlooked mentioning last week.
It was his first elk hunt, but he
landed a nice one.
