NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That
on the second Monday in August
(Monday, August 12, 1935) the Board
of Equalization for Morrow County,
Oregon, will attend In the Courthouse
in Heppner, Oregon, and publicly ex
amine the Assessment rolls of said
County for the year 1935. and will cor
rect errors in valuation, description or
quality of land, lots or other property,
assessed by the Assessor of Morrow
County, Oregon, for the year 1935.
All persons interested or having any
complaint against their assessments for
the year 1935, should appear at that
time. Petitions for reduction In as
sessment must be made in writing,
verified by oath of applicant or his
attorney and must be filed with board
the first week it is in session and any
petition or application not so made,
verified and filed shall not be consid
ered or acted upon by the board.

You and each of you are further noti
fied as the respective owners of the le
gal title of the several tracts of prop
erty hereinabove described, as the same
appears of record, that Morrow County,
Oregon, the plaintiff above named, will
apply to the Circuit Court of the State
of Oregon for Morrow County for a de
cree foreclosing Its tax Hens against all
of the property above named, described
and mentioned In this summons.
You and each of you are hereby sum
moned to appear on or before the 30th
day of September, 1935, and defend this
action, or pay the amount due plaintiff
upon its Hen, together-with costs and
accrued interest; and In case you fail to
do so a judgment and decree will be
rendered against you as your Interest
may appear in the tabulation aforesaid,
foreclosing the lien of plaintiff tor taxes
and costs against the tracts of land
above described.
All process and papers In the pro
ceedings may be served on the under
signed, residing in the State of Oregon,
at the address hereinafter mentioned.
