CRITICIZES PUBLIC REACTION Heppner citizens were very back ward in showing appreciation of jthe efforts of the school band and director when they appeared on Main street Saturday afternoon, believes B. F. Roddin, Pasco sheep man who witnessed the demonstra tion while in the city on business. The appearance and conduct of the band and leadership reflected a lot of hard work, and the music was of high caliber, deserving of a big hand from the community, said Mr. Roddin. He did not accuse the community of not being apprecia tive, but merely criticized the luke warm applause which came from the audience. The performance should have drawn a much larger crowd and a lot more enthusiasm, he said. 1 PROCEEDINGS OF mm M The Court met in regular session at the Court House in Heppner, on Wednesday the 6th day of March, 1935, when were present: Wm.
