man's most precious possession.
Do not wait for the day when a
painfully frank mirror warns you
that VOUth is Dast Take mmilor
daily care of your skin. It is little
enough to do when the object to
be attained is so inflnltolv worth
while. Guard against the mistakes
or youtn, isiever forget that the
prerequisites of beauty are, first, a
clear skin; second, a stimulated
skin, and lastly, a protected skin.
Twice a day is not too often to
cleanse your face with either
cleansing or massage cream, should
the tissues be dry and sensitive; or
with a pasteurized face cream,
should they be normal, oily or un
dernourished. Watch for the first lines that
creep around the eyes. They are
danger signals! Watch for the
downward droop at the corners of
your mouth. It signifies relaxation,
the worst enemy of beauty! And
whether the signs are faint or un
mistakable, remember that stimula
tion is the only sane, scientific cor
rective measure.
So take out your little bottle of
skin-toning lotion and with a tiny
pad of cotton and a few drops of
the liquid, go swiftly over the ne
glected area. The skin tingles in
quick response, and you have to
some extent "doctored" your com
plexion against the inroads of age.
Watch for the danger signals, ap
ply first aid and your good looks
will be unimpaired for many years!
