Tea Pot Tavern, coached by Mrs. Johnston, is to be given by he stu dent body of Lexington high school on December 18. The cast and coach are working hard and assure the pub lic that it will be an entertainment of much enjoyment. The faculty have about finished their reading circle work for next year. Many educational topics have been discussed and various school problems have been solved. ALPINE. The Farm Bureau held their meet ing at the high school building on Saturday evening, there being a large attendance. Following the meeting basket social was given. Some thirty or forty baskets were sold, the proceeds amounting to nearly J150. This money will be used in a commun ity Christmas. Both the Farm Bu reau meeting and the social follow ing were greatly enjoyed by all those in attendance. Let everybody remember ttie com' edy to be given at the high school on Saturday evening, Dec. 10, at 8:uo o'clock. ' Miss Ina Lenhart of Hermiston was a week-end guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Bennett, enjoying visit with her friend. Miss Helen Bennett. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Lindsay departed on Tuesday for a trip East, to visit with relatives and friends.
