Huston returned home on Friday morning from Seattle, being accompanied by Mrs. Beatrice Hus ton, whom he met at that point on her return from Juneau, Alaska. Mrs. Huston will be at Heppner for some time. Ray Huddleston and sister, Miss Pess Huddleston, arrived in Heppner Tuesday from Lone Rock for a short visit. They were accompanied home by J. B. Huddleston, who spent sev eral days visiting friends in the city. Henry Baker, Eight Mile wheat raiser, vas doing business in the city this morning. Marshall Phelps was a guest here over Sunday at the home of his par ents, Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Phelps. He is with one of the big mill companies at Bend and returned to that city on Monday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Gay M. Anderson and children drove over to Baker Sunday morning for a visit at the home of Roger W. Morse, former Morrow county agent. They returned home Tuesday evening. George Hayden was in from his mountain ranch on Wednesday. A slight fall of snow fell in the moun tains as a result of the storm of Mon day night but did not remain long. Mrs. Robert Allstott, Jr., underwent an operation at the hands of Dr. Jolinston at the Morrow General hos pital Monday. Her physician reports her doing well at this time.
