duly issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
ol the County of Morrow, State of Oregon, dated
the 9th day of November, 1904, in a certain
action in the Circuit Court of said County and
State, wherein Thos.Quaid, plaintiff, recovered
judgment sgaintt Otis Patterson, defendant
for the sum of Thirteen Hundred Dollars, with
