Question of Increasing Tax
Levy over Amount Limited by
Section U, Article XI,
State Constitution.
Notice is hereby given that tn
election will bt held in School
District No. 35ef Morrow County
State of Oregon, at the school
house in said school district, for
the burpuse of aubmi'ting to the
legal voters of paid district the
question of increasing the ax
levy for the year 1930 1931. over
the amount limited by section 11,
article 11, of the Conatitutian of
Oregon.
The reasons or increasing such
levy are:
Deficit incurred by cutting of
tax levy for 1930 by $3000 which
automatically rrsults in a like d
cease in the tax levy for 1931,
Making it necssary to vote this
special tax to maintain our school.
The amount of special tax pro
posed to be levied for said year
is $22,386.54.
