Miss Inei Adamson. who Is a

visited recently with Edia Ritchie

school at Midvale, Idaho She was
accompanied by her father,
Willian Adamson, and the two
were on their way home from a
trip to the Willamette Valley.
Mrs. George Frank who recently
underwent a tonsil operation
Is now conalescing at the home
of her daughtea, Mrs. Henry
Rowell.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Bergevin
are spending two weeks in
Seattle with Mr. Bergevlns

The old shed owned by Mr.
Carlton and located just east of
the Masonic Hall, hat been torn
down and moved to the L. P.
Davidson ranch.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Turner have
moved into the Morgan house on
Third Sireet. Mr. Turner is work
ing for I. R. Kobison.
John Cla&srock died in Port
land Sunday, Dec. 8th' at the age
of 68 years. Fnneral services
were hold Wednesday and Inter
ment was made at Portland. Mr.
CUsscock has been ill since
Thanksgiving day. He was a foim
er residents of Morrow County
and is well known here. He leaves
to mourn his Joss, his wife and
two daughter. Mr. CUsscock was
a brother in law of L. P. Davidson
Mr. and Mrs. Davidson left lone
Tuesdad for Portland to attend1
the funeral services. '
Miss Pearl Padpurg of Portland
was a week ena visitor at ire

Creek.

were shipped from lone Satur
day, Dec, 7, by the Frawley Clark
Company of Portland. This car
went to San Fransisoo. The birds
ware graded and packed at Walt
er Eudaoks ranch below town.
Tha car containeb 128 boxes,
weighing 15.108 pouds, and was
made op of mlxeb grades, firsts,
seconds, yonngan old tome, etc.
Another car of tnrkeye will be
shipped from here later.
