Crop Conditions.
The first of last week E. A.
Llndekin wade a drive of a hun
dred and fifty miles or more,
through the wheat fields of the
Sand Hollow, Lexington, Erght
Mile Flats and the Condon coun
try. He found some good looking
fields everpwhers and many that
were weedy and showed a lack
of molefure. The best wheat was
in the Eight Mile fiata with some
exceptionally good field show
ing up In the Sand Hollow Dis
trict It is his opinion that only
a few fields give promise of a
good yield. However an abund
snce of rain during the mon

the outlook.
