So this is June and ay is done!
What do we have from this day on?
For May was cold and grey au J drear
Not like the Mays of yester-year.
Just yesterday, which was the last
It thundered and rained like a cold March blast,
We hope our June brings sun and smiles
For May's grey length seemed long as miles
Even the flowers so thick in May
Must put off their blooms for another day.
So now in this month were so glad to see
We will look for the sun and flowers and smiles
That cut off the grey and hury the miles
Till the good old days will be gone too soon
Then we all will say and "This was June.
Now has come June what say the weather vane?
We hope tor all the best there is for May did
give us such a pain.
Our calendar hangs on the wall it's always in
plain sight
And hubby watches every day to see if the

"Handling
Nettles"
You know the ad-
; vice about handling nettles:
grasp them firmly. If you
tackle them gingerly you'll
think youVe run into the
business end of several
needles.
Advertise consis
tently and vigorously, and
you will eventually realize
I that it pays. . Advertising,
like any other undertaking,
wont succeed under weak
and vacillating direction.
Take hold firmly
Hang on.
