NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

bids until 10:00 o'clock A. M the 7th

thereafter the bids will be publicly
openrd by the County Court, at the
County Court Koom in the Court
llou-e in Heppner, Oregon, for the
purchase of an issue of bonds of Mor
row County for the construction of
permanent roads therein in the sum
if one hundred twenty thousand dol
lars I J 120.000), said bonds to be in
denominations of $1,000 each, num
bered 1 to 120 inclusive, to bear dute
of June 1, l!2it, and to mature serially
in numerical order at the. rate of
$0,000 on the first day of Juno in each
of the years 1M2 to 1051 inclusive,
said bonds to bear interest at the
tate of five per cent (5S) per annu.a,
payable semiannually on tne first days
