Senior class puts on good
Program. Big crowd enjoys
an interesting speech.
The lone High School Com
mencement, which was held May
1 1th. at 8:00 P. M.. proved to be
a grand sucess. The program we
nt off smoothly and the auidence
seemed well pleased.
The first numbe r on the prog
ram was a march played on the
piano by Glady s Lundell. Rev.
W. W. Head then gave U" e invo
cation which was followed by a
selection bv Mr. browns orches
tra. Marvel Akers, the class poet
gave her poem which wa3 clever
ly aranged and well taken. The
Class History hich was prepared
by Lucile Brisk) was the next
and proved to be very interesting.
The class prophecy which was
verv humorous was presented by
Mary Fletcher. One of the most
interesting features of the prog
ram was the Class will presented
by Floyd Grabill. Next on the
program was a solo sung by Supt.
11. L. Skeen. Elva Baisiger the
Valedictorian made a wonderful
srerh. The bdrees of the even-
intr was made by James 1. Matt
hews who mated the subject,
Opportunities" in a humorous
nue eloquent way. The last and
most interesting part of the
program was the presentaticn of
diploma? by George Ritchie.
We wish to thank the Senior
Cl.s of 1U2H for this wonderful
program and while we wish them
a successful future we feel a keen
repM that th y will not be with
