teacher in the local schoul is in

license fees for motor vehicles In

Sickness In the state of Oregon
costs $9,000,000 annually in lost
wages and in services and drugs.
The annual death rata Is now
about 9,000.
The vacation Bible School of
Lexington is under the direction
of Miss Carol Criddle of Seattle
and the University of Washing
ton. Miss criddle goes from Lexing
ton to Stevenson, Washington,
anil thence to cathlamet, at
which places she will put on the
same study course as at Lexing
ton.
