decreed a first and prior lien against
all of the real property described in
plaintiff's eomplaint and in aald
mortgage, to-wlt:

four; The Eaat Half of the Southeast

tion Twenty-seven in Township Three
South, Rang Twenty-three East of
the Willamette Meridian; The North
east Quartr of Section Twenty-five,
Township Three South of Range
Twenty-three East of the Willamette
Meridian; and the Southeast Quarter
of Section Twenty-four in Township
Three South of Range Twenty-three
East of the Willamette Meridian, all
in Morrow County, State of Oregon.
That any Interest, claim or lien
that the defendanta, or either of them
or any of them have or claim to have
in- or to aald real property be decreed
to be subsequent in time and inferior
to the plaintiff's mortgage; and
That the plaintiff's mortgage be
foreclosed and said propirty sold in
the manner provided by law and the
practice of thia court, and tha pro
ceeds thereof be applied:
(a) To the payment to the plain
tiff of its costs and disbursements
herein, costs of sale and accruing
costs;
(b) To the payment to the plaintiff
of the sum of $1300.00 attorney's fees
and the sum of $21.00 cost of contin
uation of abstract of title;
(e) To the payment to the plain
tiff of the sum of $10,000.00, together
with interest at the rat of 8 per
cent per annum from the 14th da of
July, 1922, nntil paid;
,(d) The balance, if any. be paid
unto the clerk of this court to be dis
bursed by him to such person or per
sons as may be entitled to the aame.

That if said real property shall not
aell for a sufficient sum to pay the
plaintiff the several sums above men
tioned, that the plaintiff have judg
ment and decree against the defend
anta Henry E. Peterson and C. R. Pet-
terson, both severally and jointly,
for such deficiency; and
That the plaintiff have judgment
against the defendants T. E. Peter
son and Victor Peterson, administra
tor of the Estate of Aaron Peterson,
deceased, for auch sums as to the
court may aeem just and equitable;
and
That the plaintiff or any party to
this suit may become a purchaser at
said sale and the defendants and each
of them and either of them, and all
perrons claiming by, through or un
der them or any of them, subsequent
to the execution of plaintiff s mort
gage, either as purchasers, incum
brancers, or otherwise, be forever
barred and foreclosed of all their
right or claim in and to aaid real
property aave only their statutory
right of redemption; and
That the plaintiff have such other
and further relief aa to this court
may seem just and equitable.

the legal voters of said Road District
Number 8 of Morrow Qounty, State
of Oregon, will be held at the School
House in Boardman, Morrow County,

said day, for the purpose of voting
an additional tax for Road purposes
