Court Proceedings
County Court met In regular session
at Heppner. Oregon, July 6th, 1921, with
the following officers present: Hon. W.
T. Campbell, judge; O. A. Bleakman,
commissioner; L. P. Davidson, commis
sioner; Geo. McDufTee, sheriff; J. A.
Waters, clerk; when among others the
following proceedings were had:
In the matter of claims against Mor
row County, the following claims were
presented to the Court and after due
consideration of the same were allow
ed and ordered paid, (See list follow
ing.) In the matter of county warrants:
Now at this time is presented to the
Court by the County Clerk a list of
Morrow County warrants which have
been drawn for more than seven years
and remain uncalled for as follows:
No. 2563 for $14.66, No. S63 for 11.70, No.
379 for 13.00, No. 2479 for 11.75 and
No. 9311 for $1.60. County Clerk or
dered to advertise these warrants and
If not called for within 60 days. Court
would cancel same.

warrants cancelled, same having been

In the matter of transfer of funds:
Court ordered that $3500.00 be trans
ferred from General County Fund to
Market Road Fund, same being taxes
due Market Road Fund from General
Fund.
Court ordered that $1,000.00 be charg
ed against the Market Road Fund on
Rhea creek to cover the wear and tear
of machinery used In construction of
the Market Road.
There being no further business
court adjourned to meet July 20th,
1921, at 10 a. m.
