rectors of tlio John Day Irrigation
District have filed a petition in the
Circuit Court of Morrow County,
Oregon, under date of November 4,
1919, asking for tho confirmation
by the Court of all tho proceedings
had in tho formation of said District.

When among others the following
proceedings were had, towit:
In the MattiT of Designating Rhea
Creek, a Market Road.
The Court at this time took up the
matter of the designation of Rhea
Creek from forks of the creek to tlit
concrete bridge at the Mason Ranch,
as a Market Road, and after due con
sideration of the matter it was unan
imously aereed by the court that said
road be designated as a market road
and a Resolution to that effect was
spread upon the minutes, a copy of
which was sent to the Oregon State
Highway Commission.

Viewer for 1020.
At this time the court took up the
matter of a County Road Viewer for
the County for 1920 and after du
consideration of the same W. O. Mi
nor was appointed viewer.
