County of Morrow, State of Oregon,
and throughout said County, to de
termine whether the County Court
shall issue bonds of said County to
provide for permanent road con
struction to the amount . of Two
Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars
($290,000.00) to mature in ten
years, not more than f290.000.00

boundary line between Morrow and
Grant Counties, said point being
west 825 feet from the southwest
corner of Section 36, Township 6,
South Range 26, E. W. M., and be
ing the terminal point.
Fifteen Thousand Dollars, ($15,
000.00),' shall be expended on what
is known as the Heppner, Ditch
Creek road.
Commencing at the East end of
Hager street, in the city of Heppner,
Morrow County, Oregon, at the city
limits of said city "of Heppner,
thence in a southerly direction on
:he most practicable and feasible
route up Willow Creek by way of
the Coal Mines, to a point on the
summit of the Ditch Creek mountain,
which point is south 38 chains and
west 4 - chains from tlfe northeast'
corner of Section 4, Township 5,
South Range 28, E. W. M., being the
terminal point.
Said Election will be held at eight
o'clock in the morning and will con
tinue until eight o'clock In the after
noon of said day."
