Vniversity f Oregon, Euitene, Nov.
16. Are you sure that tlie "strictly
fresh" fCT you had for breakfast to
day did not come from China?
Compilations recently made by the
Vniversity of Oregon school of com
merce show that 400,000,000 fresh or
preserved eggs are exported from
China every year. Many of them
come to America. Apparently they
are disguised when they get here, as
you seldom see a dealer advertising
"Chinese eggs for sale."
Large quantities of dried or frozen
t"Rg products are now prepared for
shipment to America every year, ac
cording to the report.

scientific eye testing
machines in the
world.
Have just remodeled my optical room and have
added many new instruments. I have now a thor
oughly equipped dark room and prepared to make a

People are now beginning to realize that in or
der to secure perfect optical aid, something more is
necessary than an examination in which are used a
few sight testing charts.
U Our system of examining eyes and prescribing
glasses is based on 15 years experience.
