Rhubarb Fie
I cups rhubarb stalks cut In

2 eggs
3 table spoons cracker crumbs

as for custard pie. Make a meringue
of the egg whites, cover pie ana

Steamed Rhubarb Sauce
1 quart rhubarb cut in inch
pieces.
2cups sugar.
Cut off the leaves and the root and
wash the stalks, and cut in one half
inch lengths. Put the rhubarD into
a double boiler, add the sugar, mix
well and cover the boiler tight. Ber
