NORTHWEST FIRST
Imbued with the spirit of the
Northwest was the recent cam
paign for membership held by
the Portland CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE, upon the consoli
dation of that organization with
the COMMERCIAL CLUB. In
four days all records were bro
ken, 4207 members being se
cured, giving to the City of Port
land the largest CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE in the world. When
the Northwest does things, it
does them on a world-beating
scale.
