the week. The animal was sick only
a few houra.
Mr. Bureovne has finished mak
ing flour at the mill for a while and
is now concluding his mill work with
some chopping.
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Warner and
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Keene are re
joicing over the advent of a daught
er at each of their homes this last
week.
Roy Whities and W. H. Cronk
were up from lone in the hitter's
machine on Tuesday. Mr. Whities
reDorts conditions excellent in his
community.
Ed Duran, who has had charge
of the Farmers' Union in Lexing
ton, has turned his commission over
to Riley Munkers who also resides
here in town. Mr. Duran expects to
leave for the mines for awhile
Soecial Easter services were con
ducted by Rev. Winey at the Congre
gational church on that day.- As
Rev. Taber was obliged to go to the
country, only Sunday school was
held at the Methodistc hurch. Those
whn attended there were the recip
