This advertised list of delin
quent taxes for the year of 1912
is in pursuance of an act of the
State Legislature of Oregon,
which is embodied in Chapter
275, Page 472, of the General
Laws of the 1911 session.
The taxes on the following ad
vertised real property became de-
mquent on the 6th day oi Octo
ber, 1913, and are subject to a
penalty of 10 per cent and inter
est at the rate of 12 per cent per
annum until they shall have been
paid.
Any day alter the expiration
of six months after the taxes
charged against real property are
delinquent the Sheriff is author
ized upon demand of any person
or persons making application to
issue him or them a Certificate
of Delinquency upon payment of
taxes, penalty, interest and cost
of advertising.
Certificates of Delinquency
shall bear interest from the date
of issuance until redeemed at the
rate of 15 per cent per annum.
