sum of $8000.00, with interest there
on at the rate of 6 per cent per annum
from Julv 1. 1908, less the Bum of
$1912.70 heretofore paid on account of
interest, 8ni for the further sum of
$735.71 with interest thereon at the
rate of 6 per cent per annum from
July 19, 191a for taxes paid bv plain
tiffs, for the further sum of $800 a

sum of $47.35 costs and disbursements,
and the costs of and upon this writ

following described real property,

and that certain niece or parcel of

thence south thirty-three (33) feet,
thence east forty-two (42) feet, thence
north thirty-three (33) feet thence
west forty-two (42) feet to the place
of beginniPB. excepting a certain strip
one foot wide along the north line of
said land sold to the I. O. O. F. lodge
of Heppner, Oregon : all of the above
desorlbed property being situated in

ner, Morrow county, Oregon, accord

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of
said execution, judgment order, decree
and order of sale and in compliance
with the commands of said writ, I
will on Saturday, the 23rd day of
August, 1913, at 2 o'clock, p. m. at
the front door of the county court
house iu Beppner, Morrow county,
Oregon, sell at public auction subject
to redemption to the highest and best
bidder for cash in hand, all the right,
title and inteiest which the within
