For a reformation of that certain
mortgage executed by E. H. Andrews
and Mary E. Andrews, his wife, to
Mary S. Kinaery on September 8th,
1911, and recorded on Saptomber 9th,
1911, in volums "U" page 431 of the
Records of Mortogages for Morrow
Countv, Oregon, givou to secure two
notes, one for $1000.00 and another for
$700.00. ench bearing date Sen'ember
8th, 1911; That said note for $700.00
be reformed so as to read, that the
whole of the principal and interest of
said note is to become due and collect
ible at the option of the holder of the
same on failure to pay annual interest,
and for substantially a like reformation
in the aforesaid mortgage, so that the
whole of the mortgage debt, principal
and interest, shall be collectible upou
failure to pay annual interest, so as
to conform with the intention and
agreement of the parties to the said
mortgage, and that the said mortgage
be foreclosed as reformed; that the
mortgaged premises described as fol
lows, to-wit: The Southeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section
13; the northeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter and the Southeast
quarter of the northwest quarter and
Lnt 3 cf Section 24, all in T. IS.,
R. 24 East of the Willamette Meridian
in Morrow County, Oregon, as des
cribed in said mortgage, to be sold in
manner as provided foi sales on mort
gage foreclosures: that the plaintiff
or any other person may become the
purchaser of such premises and be" let
into the immediate possession of the
same, and that the whole of said
premises be sold to satisfy the costs
and expenses of inch sale and of this
suit, of the plaintiff's reasonable
attorney fee in the sum of $175.00, the
payment of principal and Interest to

to such of the defendants or to such
other persons as may be entitled to the
same, but if there be a deficiency,
