LEXINGTON ITEMS.
Mr. Wright of Lexington spent a
day in Huppner last week.
Willis Ward was again called to
Portland last Monday morning by the
serious illnehs of his brother.

a daughter o Mr and Mrs. Tom Mor
gan at Lexington laat week. All are
doing nicely.

visiting relatives and friends here.

owned by the Holt Mfg. Co. near Lex
ington has been sold to a party in
Washington and thnt the new owners
will take possession at once.
Mrs. George Allien accompanied
bv her three children and Ralph Reade
were visitors to Hood River the first
of the week. While thete they in
tend to visit and pick ye luscious
strawberries.
Thete was a double header in base
ball at Lexington on Sunday after
noon. Heppner plaved lone at Lex
ington with a score of 2-U iu favor
of Iono : then lone played Lexingcon
with a score of 7-11 in favor of lone.
A good time was enjoyedbv all.
