Countv. Oregon, given to secure two
notes, one for $1000.00 and another for
$700.00. ench bearing date September
8th, 1911 ; That said note for $700.00
be reformed so as to read, that the
whole of the principal and interest of
said note is to become due and collect
ible at the option of the holder of the
same on failure to pay annual interest,
and for substantially a like reformation
in the aforesaid mortgage, so that the
whole of. the mortgage debt, prinoipal
and interest, shall be collectible upon
failure to pay annual interest, so as
to owi form with the intention and
agreement of the parties to the said
mortgage, and that the said mortgage
be foreclosed as reformed ; that the
mortgaged premises described as fol
lows, to-wit: The Southeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section
13; the northeast quarter of the
Southwett quarter and the Southeast
