This period, the final one of the campaign, no subscriptions will
be accepted through the campaign department of the Herald but
instead, candidates themselves will deposit their final collections
m a sealed ballot box, located in a local bank.
; Monday the ballot box was locked and sealed, and placed in the
bank, where it will remain until 8:00 o'clock Saturday night Nov
ember 18th. At that tune the seals will be broken, the box un
locked, and immediately thereafter the final count will take place
The winners will be determined by merely adding the published
credit totals, as they appear for the last time in this week's Her
ald, to the reserve votes and orders obtained in the sealed box.
There will be no waiting, no complicated count, but simply a mat
ter of adding the credits and announcing the winners.

Mergers of the Advisory Board, selected at the beginning of the

The Herald takes this opportunity to compliment the club mem
bers in the prize and auto campaign for the excellent work done
to date. Hundreds of new subscriptions have been added to the
Herald's list, and these subscriptions are a a big asset, not only to
the paper but to the community as well.
In selecting prizes to be awarded, only the very best were consid

But a few cays remain in the campaign. To those who win the
heartiest congratulations are due. To these who fail, we can truth
fully say that they did well, and are deserving of commendation
