ner are required by ordnance No. 9 5
to pay a license of $3.00, for males,
and $5.00 for females. I expect the
license on such dogs to be paid on
or before October 1st, 1919, or I
shall be compelled to prosecute the
owners of such dogs.

tension Irrigation District In Morrow
and Umatilla counties did on the first
Tuesday in September, 1919, at a
meeting of said board, held at the of
fice of the United States Reclamation
Servlce'in Hermiston, Oregon, make
a computation of the whole amount
of money necessary to be raised by
said district for the ensuing year for '
any and all purposes whatsoever in
carrying out the provisions of the ir-
ligation district law of the state of '

tinue in session from day to day as
long as may be necessary to hear and
determine any objections by any in
terested persons to the assessments
and apportionment thereof nnd
any other matters connected there
