Chief Justice Fulle overruled the
decision of the federal circuit court
which issued an injunction restraining
the directors of the world's fair from
opening its gates on Sunday. The
restraining order of the circuit court,
preventing opening of gates on Sun
days, must therefore beset aside and
the case remanded. This decision set
tles tbe matter finally, as the only ap
peal Is to the Supreme Court of the
United Suites, which diss not meet
until October when the fair will be
ended.

father, when the buggy struck a bush
and turned over, throwing tbe occu
pnuts. Lizzie McLeod and a little boy
out' but not Injuring them. Andrew
Kirk was also the victim of a serious
accident. He was in town with his
beef wagon when his team took fright
and got beyond bis control. He was
considerably bruised. The buggies in
both accidents were wrecks.
