ed output of copper in 1022 is l.OUh-
000 pounds. valued at 1146,000, an
increaw of 914.700 pounds, and
$123,000
This increase is due al-
most entirely to the resumption of
production hy the largest copper
mine in the state, which was idle
in linei.
There are now less than 100 oro-
ductive metal mines in Oregon and
no new ones of special Importance
