Cole $10 for services as ealth officer, with;. the recommen­ dation that it be disallowed, which report was adopted. Bills of T. W. Dilley $3.75, $19.70 and salary $25 allowed. Bill of Gill & Calavan, hardware $21.20 read and referred to the in­ coming council, as also was the bill of Recorder Shelton $48.34, fees.
