feren ce in Eugene Friday th a t it would cost that
City $25,000,000 and sm aller cities $200,000 to put
in sew erage disposal p lan ts and prevent pollution
of the W illam ette river. It w as also brought out

This sew erage disposal business, so ta r as the

a h ead of tim e. W hen th is valley h as tw o o r tnree
tim es th e p resent population m en we can think oi
how to prevent pollution oi th e river. Pollution
will th en be a problem but we will have m ore
xuoney to solve it with. P erh ap s by m a t tim e
