This is a real boom. The staff of the annual publi cation of . H. S. decided that in order to replenish a depleted purse something with a punch to it must be done; thus the boom. More specifically, the boom "with the aforesaid punch consists of a campaign to sell the Annuals in advance of their publication at a reduced price. In order to accomplish this a contest has been launched by the Annual Staff.
