sented and read. It was moved and
seconded that tha ordinance be passed.

Bushnell concerning the maintaining of
three water dydrauts on Front street, it
was moved 1 and seconded that the said
proposition bo accepted sni tho Judic
iary committee instructed to draw np a

In reference to the slough ih the rear
of tho iivery stable, between front and
Greenwood streets. After some discus
sion regarding; it, it was rawed and
seconded that tho marshal be fantr- cted
to procure 30 or 40 wigoa loads of dirt
and fill up the same. Motion carried.
Tho saloon bond of J. P. Dougherty
was presented and read and, ca motion,
accepted. ' .v
A petition was preBfottKl by W. M.
Keeno akitig that the saloon license of
W. M. Keeno bo transferred to J. P.
Dougherty. Petition accepted and the
Recorder instructed to transfer said li
cense in accordance therewith. The
