Program Funding: The funding for this project is provided using federal dollars received by the City through the State of Oregon Department of Adminis- trative Services’ Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (Federal Award #SLFRP4454; CFDA #21.027). Pro- spective contractors will be required to comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, and require- ments.
