If you meet the following requirements, we can help you to enroll in health insurance coverage through the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace. 1. Must live in Oregon. 2. Must be a U.S. citizen or national (or be lawfully present). 3. Can’t be incarcerated. 4. Annual income above 138% of federal poverty level ($20,124 for a single person and $34,545 for a family of 3 in 2023) and are not eligible for coverage through an employer or public program (like OHP or Medicare) may be able to eligible to enroll in Marketplace Plans. 5. People who don’t have employer-based coverage. 6. Small business/self-employed. 7. Families in which some are OHP eligible but some are not. 8. Financial help is available such as Premium Tax credits and cost sharing reductions for qualified individuals and families. 9.
