Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to
provide on-going, as-needed planning and develop-
ment services. In the course of its ongoing work,
Metro will often hire consultants to assist with work
products that are not able to be produced in-house.
Additionally, Metro often seeks an independent,
third-party assessment of data analysis or policy de-
velopment, thus requiring an outside contractor to do
the work. Projects may include work in the following
areas:
• Transportation planning and modeling
• Redevelopment and site evaluation
• Brownfield assessment and redevelopment
Pre-Proposal Conference (on ZOOM)
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held on
June 6, 2023 at 9:00am. Interested proposers and
subcontractors are encouraged to attend the confer-
ence in order to gain information about the RFP re-
quirements. This meeting will also serve as an
opportunity to connect COBID firms that may be inter-
ested in subcontracting with potential prime propos-
ers.
