Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be re-
ceived by the City of Vancouver, Washington, for ITB
#22-29: Fourth Plain Commons bids up to the hour of
11:00am, Pacific Local Time, Tuesday, July 19, 2022
and will publicly open and read aloud at that time on
the same day in the Vancouver City Hall, 415 W 6th St.,
Vancouver, Washington and via an online platform.
This contract provides for construction of tenant im-
provements of community-serving spaces on the
ground floor the Commons multi-use building that will
include a shared office space, commissary kitchen
and a community event space and other work, all in
accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these
Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The contract work shall be fully complete within 215
Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.
The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provi-
sions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat.
252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations,
hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure
that any contract entered into pursuant to this adver-
tisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be
afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in re-
sponse to this invitation and will not be discriminated
against on the grounds of race, color, or national ori-
gin in consideration for an award.

Metro is inviting bids to perform improvements on
the HVAC systems at Metro’s Regional Illegal
Dumping (RID) Patrol facility located at 1630 SE 8th
Avenue, Portland, OR 97214.
Bids are due no later than 2:00pm, July 21, 2022 in
Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue,
Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Kim Paul, Pro-
curement Analyst, ITB 4065. Responses will be
opened publicly at that time.
A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all
potential prime and sub-contractors on July 8, 2022,
at 11:00am at the RID Patrol Facility located at 1630
SE 8th Ave., Portland OR 97214. Participants shall
wear a mask while inside the building. Per Metro’s
Subcontractor Equity Program, Contractors that sub-
mit a bid for this project must solicit a sub-bid from ALL
COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid
conference.
All bidders submitting a bid for public improve-
ments over $50,000 certify that they will pay and com-
ply with the minimum prevailing wage requirements of
ORS 279C.800-279C.870 and if applicable 40
U.S.C.276a.

Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole
or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substan-
tial rights if such action is deemed in the public inter-
est.
