announce the opening of its waiting list for GARDEN
VIEW APARTMENTS, a new development under con-
struction in Lebanon, Oregon. Garden View Apart-
ments will offer 48 one and two-bedroom units of
affordable housing to low income seniors and veter-
ans. Occupancy will begin in September 2020.
The waiting list will open July 15, 2020 at 8:00am
and will remain open until further notice. Applica-

BIOLOGY PROJECT

Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the General
Contractor for the new PCC Sylvania Biology
Project, is soliciting proposals from qualified
Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical (including low
voltage scopes). The total building construction cost
is projected to be approximately $4.3 Million.
The MEP scope of work is currently at a design
development level, without fully defined costs.
The work is to be completed as a single phase with
(8) months of construction. The existing space is
approximately 20,700 gross square feet.

The Portland Consortium seeks comments on the 5th-Year 2020 Action Plans, updates to Citizen Participation Plan, and
Substantial Amendments to the 2019 Action Plans.
Citizen’s views received will be considered during the preparation of the Fifth One-Year 2020-2021 Action Plan and any
amendments to the Consortium’s Five-Year 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan. The Draft 5th One-Year Action Plan FY
2020-2021, updated Citizen Participation Plan, the Substantial 2019 Action Plan Amendment and current Five-Year Consoli-

Comments on any of the plans may be made in writing, addressed to the Portland Housing Bureau, Attn: Con Plan Staff,

METRO
Metro seeking proposals for Design Services for the
Commercial Food Waste Processing Facility at Metro
Central Transfer Station. This will be a Construction
Manager/General Contractor project.
The selected Contractor will design improvements
and modifications to Metro Central Transfer Station
Bay 4 to accommodate a new source separated, com-
mercial food waste processing system. The Contrac-
tor will also assist Metro with the Construction
Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) procurement
selection process and actively participate in the
CM/GC process. Details are in the Request for Pro-
posal.
Pre-Proposal Conference
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at
Metro Central Transfer Station located at 6161 NW
61st Ave., Portland, Oregon 97210 on July 9, 2020 at
3:00pm. Because of current physical distance require-
ments interested proposers shall RSVP to
