support process improvement. The position works on
setting direction for the metrics team, including timing
and processes for integration with PACE and leading
Tableau efforts. Create Tableau data model for T&D,
provide backend support, lead Tableau rollout to T&D
business. Create metrics to support business needs.
Provide day to day direction for team and set priorities.
Define roadmap for reaching a performance driven
culture and a process and timeline for integration with
PACE.
Experience and Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engi-
neering or closely related field (or foreign equivalent)
and 5 years of IT experience in the application, design,
development and implementation of various BI tools
such as Tableau, OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence
Enterprise Edition) and Informatica. Or Master’s de-
gree in Computer Science, Engineering or closely re-
lated field (or foreign equivalent) and 3 years of IT
experience as listed above. All experience can be
