development, design, engineering, procurement and
construction phases of company projects. Provide
technical engineering and cost information to ensure
construction work complies with all engineering
standards. Manage budgets, forecasts and track
financial information and prepare financial reports,
including the analysis of financial performance
related to construction projects. Manage all aspects
of project management tasks from project set-up,
commissioning and decommissioning, and develop-
ment to design and in construction implementation.
Perform job control to ensure compliance with
contracts, budget, schedule and forecasting. Prepare
project cost estimates, and expenditure reports, and
billing documentation. Design and produce
engineering drawings, and monitor project progress
for substantial new construction, renovation and
improvement of residential building projects. Perform
structural analysis, evaluation, and detailing for
construction drawing, and coordinate structural/civil
engineering work.
Experience and required skills:
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construc-
tion Management or closely related field (or foreign
equivalent)
• One year of experience in construction project
management, and structural evaluation and analysis.
• Three months of work experience with MS
Project, ETABS and SAP 2000.
All experience, skills and requirements
may be gained concurrently.
