related to construction projects. Manage all aspects
of project management tasks from project set-up,

project cost estimates, and expenditure reports, and
billing documentation. Design and produce
engineering drawings, and monitor project progress

improvement of residential building projects. Perform
structural analysis, evaluation, and detailing for
construction drawing, and coordinate structural/civil
engineering work.
Experience and required skills:
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construc-
tion Management or closely related field (or foreign
equivalent)
• One year of experience in construction project
management, and structural evaluation and analysis.
• Three months of work experience with MS
Project, ETABS and SAP 2000.
All experience, skills and requirements
may be gained concurrently.
