CROCODILE CONSERVATION. Siamese baby crocodiles swim in a bin at the Koh Kong Reptile Conservation Center in Koh Kong, Cambodia. The New York-
based Wildlife Conservation Society and Cambodia’s Fisheries Administration announced in mid-August that the eggs of nine critically endangered Siamese crocodiles have
hatched. The total population of Siamese crocodiles has around 410 wild adults, of which 100 to 300 live in Cambodia, making it the most important country for the conser-
