tional construction training and employment services
to targeted populations for the purpose of growing
the region’s diverse registered apprenticeship pool.

Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission
(MERC), an appointed commission of Metro, is
requesting bids for Installation of Theatrical Lighting
and Control Systems for the Newmark and Delores
Winningstad Theaters.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled
for all potential prime and sub-contractors on April 20,
2017 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm at Hatfield Hall, 1111
SW Broadway, Portland OR 97205. Interested
sub-contractors are also invited.
Sealed bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope
and mailed or delivered to Metro, 600 NE Grand
Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97232-2736, no later than
May 4, 2017 at 2:00pm PST, and will be publicly
opened and read at that time in Room 274.
