for the redevelopment of the existing small watercraft
launch at Rood Bridge Park.
The goal of this project is to provide a safe, durable,

leaving a dangerous expanse of steep, muddy drop
off to the river. The launch is located at the southwest
corner of Rood Bridge Park, 4000 Rood Bridge Road,
Hillsboro, OR 97123.
Contractor will remove the existing inaccessible
ramp and will replace it with a realigned concrete
ramp that extends to the water level. The paved ramp
will comply with Marine Board guidelines. The new
ramp will accommodate a City-provided modular,
floating dock with sloped transition abutment and
supported with three metal pilings. The dock will be
installed on a seasonal basis to facilitate access for
those of varying abilities. The small parking area
adjoining the access will stay as it is.
There is no pre-qualification process for this ITB.
No pre-bid conference will be held.
Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
Sealed bids will be received by Maria Rosa Davila
