Eyes, an in-progress film that employs publicly
available video surveillance footage of everyday
life. The film, Chinese artist Xu Bing’s first full-
length cinematic feature, constructs a narrative
from seemingly unrelated fragments of reality
to reveal what cannot be seen by the naked eye
and reminds us that even in our most intimate

Noontime Showcase

composer and performer Chi Wang with
interdisciplinary artist Jack Ryan. The works
